How to Earn Your CCAM

Step 1: Enroll in the CCAM Program

Enroll in Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) on the Education Center  

Step 2: Complete the Educational Requirement

Complete a minimum of 30 educational hours of California-specific coursework:

Step 3: Submit Your Exam Registration

Complete and submit the Exam Registration and Employer Verification Form.

Step 4: Schedule and Pass the Proctored CCAM Certification Exam

After meeting the educational requirements and submitting your registration form, schedule and successfully pass the proctored CCAM Certification Exam.

Important Exam Requirement: The proctored CCAM Certification Exam must be scheduled within three (3) months of granting the certification exam.

Step 5: Complete Your Certification

Once all requirements have been met and approved, you will earn your CCAM designation.
