Why Attend

Advance Your Career:
The insights and strategies you gain at the CACM Law Seminar will sharpen your professional skills and empower you to more effectively lead the communities you have.

Connect with Peers and Mentors:
Reignite connections and foster new relationships at the largest event of community management professionals in California. Whether you’re reconnecting with colleagues or meeting new people for the first time, this is your opportunity to grow a strong and supportive professional network.

Regionally Focused Education:
CACM’s Education team has curated a lineup of California’s top experts to lead this year’s sessions. While the content is valuable statewide, sessions are tailored to address the distinct legal and operational challenges facing either Northern or Southern California, ensuring a more localized and relevant learning experience.

Earn up to 12 CEUs:
Attend the Law Seminar & Expo and receive 8 CEUs for recertification. Take one of our two Ethics courses being offered the day before the Law Seminars to earn an additional 4 CEUs.

CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS
*In order to obtain 8 CEUs, certified managers and industry partners must attend the full seminar. Badges will be scanned at each session. There is no exam requirement. CalDRE credit is not currently available. The Ethics courses are purchased separately from the Law Seminar.

EVENT ATTENDANCE
CACM events provide a safe environment where managers can openly discuss and find solutions to common HOA board challenges.
