Diane Houston, CAMEx, CCAM, has worked in community management since 1986 and earned her CCAM certification in 1995. She served on the CACM Board of Directors for 15 years and currently sits on the Professional Standards Committee. Houston is a two-time recipient of CACM’s Vision Award for Excellence in Education. As director of management practices for The Management Trust, she collaborates across eight states to set management and education standards, develop training and lead client seminars.
