Alfred Logan, CCAM-LS, has over 17 years of HOA industry experience and serves as General Manager of the Spring Valley Lake Association. Starting his career in public safety, he rose to Director of Public Safety before transitioning into community management. A licensed real estate agent, he also has expertise in property management, investment and construction. Beyond his profession, Alfred founded a nonprofit focused on financial literacy, homelessness and mental health. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures and aviation.
