– Facilitate processes involving member decision making. This includes quorum, Inspector of Election selection, member-initiated voting/petitions, removal/recall and delegate voting systems;
– Educate your board, appropriately, on decision making responsibilities, including voting methods, tools and hearings; and
– Document meetings and minutes that comply with legal requirements.
