of active adult/senior living communities;
– Explain how the
demographics of a community influence management decisions and priorities;
– Identify health and
safety issues associated with aging residents and provide appropriate support
to those residents and their families;
– Understand the legal
considerations for age-restricted active adult communities; and
– Become familiar with
best practices for managing recreational and lifestyle programs creating a
caring community culture.
