As a certified manager, Amy is known for her clear communication, dependable follow-through and dedication to helping communities thrive.

With 10 years of experience in the HOA industry, Tera Willis, CCAM, began her career in Customer Service, advanced into staff management and eventually transitioned into Portfolio Management. She has been managing portfolio accounts for the past four years. Tera has obtained her CCAM designation and is committed to continuing her education to earn additional credentials, having decided that this is an industry where she envisions a long-term future.
