Kathryn Henricksen, CCAM, CAMEx, is Executive Director of the Serrano El Dorado Owners’ Association with over 30 years in association management. She has held roles as a portfolio manager, community manager, executive and consultant. Henricksen earned her CCAM in 1994, served 18 years on the CACM Board, is a member of the CACM teaching faculty and chairs the CACM Professional Standards Committee. She was awarded the CACM President’s Award in 2004 and is a qualified expert with the Sacramento Superior Court in board and manager roles.
