Water damage from leaks, storms, and other water intrusion issues can create complicated situations for community managers. Join us for an educational luncheon covering the A to Z of managing water damage in HOA communities, from the initial discovery and response to water mitigation, environmental testing, and reconstruction or build back.
Our four industry experts will walk through the process, discussing the community manager’s responsibilities, important legal considerations, and what managers should know when coordinating with restoration professionals, environmental specialists, and insurance representatives. Attendees will gain a better understanding of the steps involved, key considerations throughout the process, and how to navigate these situations more confidently.
