HAYWARD, Calif. – Arborwell recently donated $3,000 to the Housing Industry Foundation’s annual Kicking Out Homelessness Kickball Tournament. Employees participated in the second annual HIF fundraising event that brings industry professionals together for an afternoon of play and teamwork.
Arborwell has been involved with the Housing Industry Foundation for years, and believes in their cause of helping low income families find stable homes in the Bay Area. Without organizations like these, many families would have lost their homes and moved away from the Bay Area.
HIF’s mission is to help individuals and families remain in or return to stable housing and to assist with special housing projects or renovations in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties. HIF also supports efforts to identify long-term solutions to the lack of affordable housing in our community.
