SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Menas Realty Company has relocated its offices from Pacific Beach to Mission Valley Heights in San Diego County. The company, which was started by Andrew Menas in 1973, had been at that original building built by Andrew Menas since then.

“We were bursting at the seams,” said Julie Menas, CAMEx, CCAM, company president and CEO and daughter of Andrew Menas. She joined her father’s company 20 years ago. “We needed more room for our staff.  We have a much larger conference room with a big beautiful table that seats 20 where we can hold more Board Meetings now”.

Menas Realty Company employs 38 people. With the move, it more than doubled its office size to 6,400 square feet and can accommodate its growing employee base.

Julie Menas said she also recently hired three new community managers who will be pursing their CCAM certifications soon.

All 17 community managers at Menas Realty Company have CCAM certifications, something Menas said she not only encourages but requires of her employees. ”They need to maintain their designations, too,” she said.

Menas Realty Company manages communities in Temecula, Loma Linda, and throughout San Diego County.
