Pauline Madduma

Pauline Madduma joined CACM as the Education & Credentialing Administrator and is now Director of Education. Why, How? Who knows? She ponders this everyday. Pauline graduated from UC San Diego with a degree in neuroscience. During her final year, she discovered a passion for education through a volunteer mentorship program, which led her to supporting children with neurodivergent backgrounds and learning challenges. Pauline is committed to providing equitable services for individuals and believes that learning is a lifelong journey. Outside of work, she enjoys forest trails or mountainous treks that offer rewarding views. When she’s not out and about, she tries to keep up with plant care, plays hide and seek with her dogs, and enjoys taking her niece and nephew to new experiences.


