Natasha Fierro

With more than 8 years of community management and leadership experience with a national firm prior to coming on board with CACM. Natasha dove right in – kicking off the Northern California office in 2022.
Natasha understands industry challenges, and knows first-hand what managers deal with and loves to connect with our members, be a resource and, as one of our industry partner members says, “wing woman.” She assists existing and potential members with their educational and professional development goals, creates local educational events and networking opportunities. Any chance she gets to incorporate a fun theme into an event; you’ll find her in full costume!
A transplant to NorCal from Orange County, Natasha graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Psychology. She serves as Secretary on her own HOA board, and loves spending time outdoors with her husband, Rodolfo sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, wakeboarding, camping, hiking, snowshoeing – any and all outdoor adventures!
