Jessica LoVerso

Jessica LoVerso is CACM’s Education Events Coordinator, from Santa Ana, California. She works under the Director of Education specializing in facilitating CACM courses for community managers looking for their certification/recertification, grading exams to ensure course knowledge is obtained, serve as main point of contact for all students during course enrollment, and providing up-to-date registration numbers for the Education Team and CACM staff. Jessica is a proud first-generation college graduate of Syracuse University, with a double major in Psychology and Forensic Science. She also obtained a master’s degree in forensic psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Washington D.C. Campus, in 2013. Outside of work, she is usually at the library or a bookstore with a coffee (most likely from MoonGoat) in hand, happily lost in the stacks.


