Alexis Pophoff

Alexis Pophoff is the Regional Membership Manager for CACM’s Southern California region, bringing a people-first approach and a deep understanding of the HOA industry. With experience on both the management and industry partner sides, Alexis has a unique ability to connect members, anticipate needs, and make engagement with CACM feel both valuable and easy.

Known for her organization, follow-through, and warm professionalism, Alexis thrives on building genuine relationships and helping members feel supported, heard, and connected. She’s passionate about strengthening the CACM community and is often the person making sure nothing falls through the cracks—while keeping things positive and approachable. When she’s able to unplug, Alexis gravitates toward anything that gets her outdoors—hiking new trails, leaning into personal growth, or working on her golf game one swing at a time. She’s proof that coffee isn’t required to function, prefers fresh air over four walls, and firmly believes that sunshine, movement, and a good laugh are the best resets.
