Law Seminar & Expo Proof of Vaccination or Negative COVID Test Procedure

To assist you in preparing for this fun event in advance, CACM has partnered with CrowdPass to verify proof of vaccination or negative COVID test requirements BEFORE the event starts on Feb. 2 (Northern California) and March 16 (Southern California). CrowdPass is a user-friendly and secure platform used by many events that offers health clearance and screening. There is no cost to you for verifying your vaccination or negative test.

1. You will receive an email from CrowdPass asking to confirm your email. This will take you to the registration page where you will sign in to fill out the health screening form online. Please fill the “first name” and “last name” with the name on your vaccination card or negative COVID test.

2. Complete the form and submit your proof of vaccination or negative COVID test. Per the CDPH guidelines, COVID testing must be conducted within ONE day for antigen tests and within TWO days for PCR tests prior to entry into the facility or venue. If opting for the test, please do not submit a negative test before that timeframe.

3. CrowdPass will review each submission and inform you of the approval or if other documentation is needed. Once approved you will receive an email confirmation and a CrowdPass QR code. This code will be scanned onsite.

4. If you complete these steps and are verified by January 24 for the Northern California Law Seminar and March 7 for the Southern California Law Seminar, your show badge will note you have met the requirements.

All attendees are encouraged to fill out the form and upload their proof PRIOR to the event start to minimize wait times, lines at registration and access into the facility. Those who have gone through the process will have a badge that indicates full access to the Law Seminar.

We thank you in advance for ensuring that this year’s Law Seminars are the best ones yet!
