About Our Speaker

Cang Le is a partner with Angius & Terry, a law firm that for a quarter century has represented owners association in general counsel, litigation, and construction defect. Cang has represented thousands of associations, both large and small residential and commercial associations throughout California; including, new developments, high-rises, mix-use, senior communities, golf club and lake developments, master and sub-associations, and mobile-home and RV parks. He serves as both general and litigation counsel. As corporate counsel, Cang advises boards on all corporate and association matters, including board governance; land-use disputes; preparing, interpreting and enforcing declarations, rules, bylaws, contracts, leases, easements and other property rights. In litigation, Cang has represented associations in hundreds of cases helping to resolve disputes between associations and members, vendors, contractors, neighboring landowners, and counties, cities and municipalities. Cang’s personal passions are family, fitness, and fashion, but mostly spending time with his wife and two daughters.
