Robin Romo, CAMEx, MCAM-HR 

Robin A. Romo, CAMEx, MCAM-HR, is the chief operating officer/partner for CitiScape Property Management Group, LLC, ACMC in San Francisco. Romo has been in the hospitality management industry for over 33 years, initially starting out as a guest relations manager/night manager of a 1,500-room high-rise hotel in downtown San Francisco. Since making the transition into community management 21 years ago, she has held several positions of increasing responsibility from portfolio manager to general manager to director of management services. In addition to her responsibilities with CitiScape, Romo is a member of CACM’s faculty.
