Upon completion of Sessions 3 & 4\, students are required to successfully complete a module exam. \n  \nDescription: \nCMM122 FINANCIAL  MANAGEMENT: SESSIONS 3 & 4 \nLearn about the financial operations of a CID and practice working with balance spreadsheets\, revenue and expense statements\, variance reports and other financial records. This course will take you through basic accounting principles\, required financial disclosures\, assessment collection principles\, and state reporting requirements. \nWho Should Take This Series? \nNew community managers or accounting personnel \nCommunity managers who want to earn the CCAM or CAFM certification. \nPrerequisites: None.
