Payment is due at the time of registration. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of paid registration. Requests for cancellation must be received in writing. 90% of the event registration fee will be credited to the member’s account if the cancellation request is received at least two weeks prior to the event. 50% will be credited to the member’s account if the cancellation request is received less than 2 weeks, but more than a week before the event.
