CACM stays up-to-date on legislative actions affecting the industry. Here, industry professionals and consumers can access information about pending bills and their progress through the legislature. You can also access a legislative year-end summary of the Governors decisions, as well as background information about how a bill becomes a law. Members of CACM may access the Legislative Report in the Member Resource area of their online portal.
Note that changes occur frequently and quickly to bills while the Legislature is in session.
