Southern California Law Seminar

Nearly 700 managers and more than 100 service providers gathered for CACM’s 2012 Southern California Law Seminar at the Anaheim Marriott on February 10. This unique industry event allowed attendees to explore California CID law as it relates specifically to the community manager’s role. Sessions explored new legislation, manager liability, and smoking and architectural issues.

Attendees also had the opportunity to participate in the new Table Topic sessions, which allowed them to move from table to table to discuss different legal topics with their peers and attorney facilitators.
