CACM Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Practice
In order to promote and enhance a high level of professional performance among its membership, CACM developed the Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Practice. These guidelines have been adopted by the CACM Board of Directors as the official rules of conduct, which apply to all individual manager members.
Adherence to and promotion of these Codes sets CACM members above others in the community management field and highlights their commitment to an elevated code of behavior and consistent professionalism. By agreeing to comply with the Codes, CACM members have declared they will carry out their business with honesty and integrity. Because of their commitment to these principles, CACM members are highly sought after in the community management industry.
