CACM Bylaws
CACM's Bylaws are the organization's operating manual. These define who is a member; obligation of dues; voting classes and rights; procedures for meetings of members and board meetings; size of the board; election of directors; and roles and duties of directors and officers.

Disciplinary and Appeals Procedures
CACM's Disciplinary and Appeals Procedures are the guidelines for handling member violations of the Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Practice. A complaint can only be filed against a CACM manager member or management firm council member. In addition, the complainant must either be a CACM member or have the majority of his/her association's board members approve and sign a written resolution authorizing the complaint.

For more information on how to file a complaint, contact Sarah Jensen at 949.916.2226, ext. 19 or sjensen@cacm.org. CACM's CMM130 Ethics for Community Managers course, available to community managers only, also offers more information on how to file a complaint.
